Hey Wazz. I can't believe how sane you sound. At day 3, I was like Regan off The Exorcist, complete with spinning head and spewing green goo. I was truly and utterly awful.
I do remember that feeling you're talking about, it's almost like someone's slipped a little something into your water - don't worry, it goes away. I can't remember when though ... it's probably like the wind, you only notice it when it's there.
I've watched your quit from the beginning and I think you have a great attitude - the counting hours thing works too - before you know it you will have one week under your belt, the worst week and it will only get better from there. Any time you're tempted to smoke, just give it 5 minutes and then see how you feel. Still want one, give it five minutes then see. That's how we cobble together weeks, months and years.
