I think your answer is in what everyone told you in the other thread.
To answer your question about the patch, I say, "NO WAY"! Why would you keep going back and forth with nicotine??? It makes no sense to me.
How about you invest your patch money in SOMETHING of your choosing that will help you deal with these feelings. You say no doctor, no therapist. Fine. How about a support group with counseling where you go to a physical location? What about your local community center or church like martha suggested?
There are a lot of options for you out there. You only have to be willing to utilize them. It seems like you enjoy the suffering. Why else would you reject all options to fix the problem?
