Doodles, so glad to see that you made it through. I wrecked a 63 day quit because of those craves (and a stupid choice on my part). I should have never purchased that pack on day 63, I told myself I would only smoke one....9 months later, I'm quitting again. Don't let this happen to you...stay strong!!!

Doodles,
Have the cravings been getting weaker? I hit day 61 and I have been having very strong cravings as well. I have been going great and then WHAM , I *think* I am craving a smoke. It's been going on for a few days, hopefully it will pass , until I hit 90 days lol.
It feels like I am back in hell week , eating sunflower seeds non stop, always thinking about smoking, UGH!
This damn addiction!!!! I know it's all mental, since I have no nicotine in my body.
GGGGRRRRRR!!!

Doodles,
You may have been experiencing strong craves because you focused on them. If you experienced some anxiety as a result of their appearence this could have contributed as well.
Keep at it and kudos to you on overcoming this rough patch!

Thanks guys,
Unhooked & Josie & Anna & Alohakeia
I had too much time on my hands & this usually happens on Sunday...
Just can not believe how strong the craves can be this late in my quit????
Staying busy the first month was so important..
Sunday was a busy day with my college gal home & a harvest party at church.. it was from 4-6:30, my 8 yr old son & I stayed for the entire party... didn't want to miss anything..
Today, I took a shower & got out of my house... Got a manicure!!
Went to a flag football game... WOW what an exciting life I lead???
ps thanks alohakeia for finding me today

Doodles,
These days can come and go! The important thing is to be prepared and get busy or better yet, take a nap and do something for yourself.
Something may have triggered this, so think back and use this knowledge to help you move forward.
It is ok to have a bad day, it is what you do with it that counts!

Maybe a milestone crave, doodles. It will pass. Try some of the strategies you used at the beginning. Deep breaths, cold water, chewing or sucking something, whatever got you through the first couple of weeks.
Also, get a little reward for making it as far as you have in such fine style.
You can get throught this, look at what you've already done!
