Chest Bubble feeling...

20 years ago 0 62 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi Rita, I experience the same feeling and it is always accompanied by a lot of belching. I learned that the way I was breathing was resulting in a form of hyperventilation which cause the belching. Learn to breathe from the diaphragm in slow, deep controlled breaths. Even when you try taking deep breaths during anxiety if you're taking them in the wrong way you can get this sensation. Take care :)

Does anyone ever feel that they just have a bubble in their chest? That is the best way I can describe it. Not any real pain at all. Just a full feeling in the chest. A lot of belching follows it but doesnt seem to relieve it. I even take many deep breaths which in turn makes me light-headed. I know its just the cycle--either GERD or Anxiety...but it still scares & confuses me. Does anyone have these feelings? I have had the complete work up & they cant find anything....
