Stop beating yourself up, Gin. That won't accomplish anything. Lots of us have had slips. Try to figure out why it happened & put a coping strategy in place for that situation so it doesn't happen again. Good for you for getting right back on, that can be really hard.
Hoping tomorrow will be better won't accomplish anything either. You know mornings are hard, so be prepared for that, know it's going to be tough, dig in & make sure it's better. You have collected lots of suggestions for getting through the mornings, Gin, but ultimately it's up to you to do it.
You can do it, you know you can & you know how. Take my hand, get back up here & start over.
