Well, I made it through the night! LOL! Have had 3 smokes today. By now I would have normally been on my 2nd pack. {Yah me!} Eating alot more fruit and feeling better. I've started noticing smells that I didn't...or couldn't notice before. I'm going to start cleaning house today. Starting with the ceilings and a bucket of Pine-sol! Keeping myself busy. Wish me luck! LOL!

good time to review your reasons for not smoking or reading old posts here...and of course, practicing your breathing and drinking cold water. WOW! The headache is back tonight and i'm craving!! I've set a timer so i'll know when my "waiting period" is up for my next smoke. If I'm doing something...i won't light up. i just reset the timer. Tough one tonight though!

LOL Doodles! Probably a good idea NOT to work on the computer while in the bath! Thanks for the info. By the time I called the Library here, it was closed. So I'll check first thing in the morning! Thank you!!

Dianno, The book by Allan Carr and another book i picked by "Stop smoking for dummies", I found at Books a Million.. I have enjoyed both of these books, when I take a relaxing bath, I sometimes like to read and I am afraid to take my laptop close to water.... Danno Reread what Kiwi says about getting relief from the nicotine withdrawal from the previous cigarette...That is very very important to understand and come to grips with...I know it sounds simplistic, but in many ways it is the basis of the addiction and really understanding what it means will help you get free...There is no better way to beat the addiction than to understand its nature...Once you do, you own it...You will no longer be obsessed with smoking, you will come to a place where it is a real choice...Good luck to you, you are doing about the best thing that you can for yourself... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 256 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,680 Amount Saved: $2,688.00 Life Gained: Days: 46 Hrs: 19 Mins: 25 Seconds: 54
