Jeffy,
Don't forget you can also use the forums to post questions, ask for advice of even a pep talk. The messenger is a great avenue for additional support.
We strongly encourage you to work through our online quit program. There you'll find tons of tips on how to cope with withdrawals as well as cravings.
Hope to hear from you again soon.

Greetings Down-Under :-)
You're right about the smoke-free thing and it does help. I hate the first few days - its an absolute killer.... I keep getting up and walking around just to get my mind off stuff and I think I may need to assassinate the guys who have decided that today is a good day to kango-hammer a hole outside my office!!
Kepp in touch :-)
Cheers from not-sunny Dublin!
