Hi Amy,
I could relate with the work situation. I'm the breadwinner of the family and we can't afford having me miss work because of this disorder. It's really hard and there's alot of pressure in bringing home the bacon. Hang in there. You're definitely not alone.
Amy,
First, You're not alone!! Second, what could you do to make this evening fun and relaxing for you and the kids? Is it possible for you to rent a movie on the way home or pick-up pizza and some pop-corn? Maybe take the blankets off the beds and use them to build a tent over the dining room table and let the kids eat dinner in the tent with flashlights.
I know it's hard but try to keep your mind busy so you're not concentrating on the neg.---like your husband having to go to work tonight. Think of things you could do to support yourself this evening in a healthy way and entertain the kids.
Wish I had a magic answer. Thinking about you today!!
:)
I had a good nights sleep for the first time in days but then i got up and i feel awful. I just want to cry. I keep thinking my husband has to work tonight and I don't want to be alone with the kids. I am at work this morning and all I want to do is go home but I can't...I am the only one working full time and I am responsible for bringing home the money!! Help what do I do???
