Good advise there Phoenix! Keep quitting until it works. Why? Because you want to live and breathe! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 193 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,825 Amount Saved: $2,036.15 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 15 Mins: 19 Seconds: 44

Along with reviewing your motivations for quitting, you also need to review your plan for coping. You had one, right? If not make one! There is lots of information on that topic here on these boards. The first few days will be difficult - darn uncomfortable perhaps. You have to be willing to be uncomfortable. You know what though....it is temporary. You always have a choice. You have just been posted to by two 'great' relapsers...Me and Sparky. But....we are still here...keeping quit this time. Never quit quitting. Sometimes it takes us a few times, till we figure out that it really is the choice we want to make. Quitting is not an easy task. Yes review the reasons why you want to quit. Ask yourself if you turly willing. There are many tools out there to help you if you really are ready to quit. The biggest tool to quitting is your willingness. If you need to ask your doctor for help do so. Allen Carr has and excellent book out there. Come here and work the program to the left. Read the post. We are ready whenever you are. If your are not ready you still can post to let us know how you are doing. Be kind to yourself and get ready.
