Danno, I quit April 10th. Today marks my 5 months of being free. I can't believe it myself! I have not had one puff since April! So far I'm doing well but want to ensure I stay on the path. I am still nervous that I will slip. tstar

I'm curently on the path. I've cut my smoking from 3 and 4 packs a day, down to less than one....so far. I haven't set my quit day yet, but i think it will be sooner than I had previously thought. How about you?
