Heavy Meal = Racing Heart

I do recall reading about someone else that had this problem. May have been on this board! But anyways, after eating a large meal, you tend to breathe with your upper chest rather than your abdomen. This causes you to breathe "shallower", thus lowering the oxygen in your blood, which can lead to PAs. Hope this makes sense!

Has anyone experienced a racing heart after stuffing your face? I always do and ultimately land up with a PA of sorts. Thanks.
