Aloha is right - the smoking dreams are a big help in my opinion. They allow you to realize the consequences of losing your quit. By the way Bimo - amazing show of strength! We can still enjoy everything we did before, we just smell better doing it... Bimo, Looking good! Continue on this positive path and the next time you tackle that slope bring a specialty coffee, so that you can continue to enjoy the view and fresh air :) Josie, Support Specialist

Very good, Bimo! You faced and won against another trigger. Those dreams can be upsetting, but they let you know how you would feel if you took even one puff. I just got back form my long week-end trip. I went to the countryside at the slope of the mountain. The air is so fresh. I used to have cigarete swith cups of coffee while enjoy the beautiful view, eventhough I miss the fresh air. Since I am a quitter, I could feel the fresh air and also beautiful view. However, lot's of time I feel something missing.... puff....., but, NOPE, ......Finally, I had a dream that I broke the quit. Thanks God, it's only a dream. I'am still a quitter, and I am very proud of it.
