Hi Philippa, You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Be sure to post often and let us know how everything is going. Casey _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Hi, I am new here and not quite sure how this all works. I am also a member of another group for anxiety but sometimes feel that I don't belong. I suffer from constant anxiety and panic attacks about certain things. I have strange phobia's - cameras, I am convinced that they are everwhere and it really freaks me out. Sometimes I get so bad that I need to turn photos around just incase they can "see me". I really battle with these things. My mind is constantly working and never stops talking. I cannot concertrate on ANYTHING at all. I have tons of work which I am supposed to be doing but as of yet have done nothing. I know that I will now have to be up all night trying to catch up. I don't know, just wondered if I was in the right place and if people can relate. Philippa
