Hi Dave I've never tried the method but if you search on the topics here you will find a big discussion about it and I'm sure it will answer your questions.
I am just trying to find out if the "Linden" Method is actually a good investment??
I've had panic attacks for several years, and I've read most of the books and stuff on it. This guy claims to have the secret "Key" to get beyond anxiety, and if it's legit, I'd like to try it.
