What is a Panic Attack

20 years ago 0 79 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi Sparky, First and foremost, welcome to "The Panic Board". My recommendation would be to take the Anxiety Test, listed under the "Tools" tab on the left side of the page. THEN SEE YOUR DOCTOR!!! If you think you may be suffering from anxiety, show the test results to your Doc, and have a complete physical to rule out any type of illness (ie, a thyroid problem, etc.) I am NOT a Doctor, but this is my recommendation to you. Let us know how you're doing! HTH!!

hi,i have posted 2 msg,s in the "introduce yourself" section and have been reading the rest of the site. There seems to be alot on panic attacks,i fear that i suffer from anxiety but havent been to the doc yet but i dont relate to the panic attack postings in any way.My question is can you have anxiety without the panic attacks or do i have somthing else wrong with me.I have a constant uneasy feeling about me most of the time and have a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach i also have lots of ocd's and other things that would make this msg go on forever, thanks for reading and thanks inadvance for any replies Mark
