Is this a typical feeling?

Vince, Dont worry, most of us are quite familiar with what you are experiencing. I wake up that way often too for no reason. I hate it when my day gets off to that kind of start. I guess all we can do is take our meds and try to relax as much as we can. Samantha

Vince That is an absolutely normal experience with this. I have to return to work tomorrow after being off for 2 months :( and today I find myself exhausted because I did not sleep well, but wound up with tension across my shoulders. Hang in there is does get better! I think too that the more you understand how you feel and why all these symptoms happen the less you will react to it. Lisa

Hi folks. Vince again - Still new at this and trying to understand it. I woke this morning with a tension already in my chest; no attack happening per se, but just a wound-up-spring feeling inside me. As I've already taken my morning meds, I am alternating between this tension and a xanax-induced stupor, making me pretty useless for the rest of the day. Both come in phases. As all of my other episodes of terror just whipped in out of nowhere, I am wondering if I am experiencing something familiar to others, or if this is unique. Anybody?
