We all slip, I have quit 8 or more times in the last 5 years. This time, I'm really done with them. If you want to be a non smoker, you will find a way. It's a matter of will. And ask yourself, will your co-worker be there for you if you keep smoking and end up sick in the hospital?? I doubt it. I have found to be successful at quitting, you have to be kind of selfish about it. Your quitting for YOU, no one else, your doing it because YOU want to. If your doing it for anyone else, it won't work. It has to be for YOU!! Good luck friend, you'll do fine, never stop fighting.
