Okay then Irish, tomorrow is your new FREEDOM DAY! You can do this. It was too hard to just throw away the rest of the pack, I know. I've been there. As you finish off this last pack; think about every cig that you smoke; feel the burning sensation in your lungs, smell your hair and your clothes at the end of the day, stick your nose by your dirty ashtray, when you cough, know why (my smokers cough went away in 3 days). Make a list of all the positive aspects of being a non smoker. Recommitt and rejoice that you will no longer be a smoker. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 66 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,584 Amount Saved: $330.00 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 3 Mins: 56 Seconds: 1

ok...what I've done is not give up, but change my start day to 8/1. I just want to start fresh in my mind and spirit about the stopping. (not just give me more time, which is something that I mulled over in my mind) I'm not going to let guilt lead me. But, I also work a normal shift that day so my defenses won't be down when the "attack" happens. Don't give up on me yet PLEASE.........I'm not. :) irish My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 1 Mins: 47 Seconds: 26
