Thinking about smoke

16 years ago 0 598 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi mach, It does get exhausting thinking about smoking all the time. But, turn this experience AGAINST wanting to have a smoke. How could something that has such control over us be good? It isn't; and we can take control of our lives back from nicotine. It is a horrible addiction. Be proud of your seven days..jump for joy, do a dance, walk around the block! And do something nice for yourself. Congratulations on quitting smoking. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 65 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,560 Amount Saved: $325.00 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 0 Mins: 25 Seconds: 4

Machiavelli, Absolutely! Hell week is no easy feat and a reward is definitely in order! Maybe a fun distraction to keep your mind off smoking? This will dissipate in time. Have fun and congrats on your first week! Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Absolutely you should reward yourself, because seven days smoke-free is HUGE! I distinctly remember my 7th day...I was shocked and astounded that I had made it that far! So what will it be? A new CD? A chai latte with whipped cream? Treat yourself...you deserve it!
