Way to go John! I have been doing cardio excercises every night since about 2 weeks into my quit - something I've never wanted to do because I would cough my head off! I started to excercise because I was feeling depressed and a little lost after quitting. It's a great substitute for cigs and I sleep better than ever. Keep up the good work :)
