Njl, Have you tried relaxation techniques? What about breathing techniques? Try to prepare by reducing your anxiety level as much as you can. A hot bath, some soothing music, a warm beverage can help. Tomorrow do sign up for the Panic Diary where you can record your daily level of anxiety. You can also find how helpful it is to use breathing techniques to help you deal with your panic and anxiety. The Panic Program can help you understand more and may help you go about challenging your thoughts. Hope this helps! Josie

Hi, dunno if i'm in the right site. But if not maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I've had an awful problem where I enter a rage when introduced into a new or complex situation. I am compelled to solve it my own way, no matter how poor of a choice that is. I don't want to listen to others who are desparately trying to help me. I only lash out at everyone except for the people who I'm directly dealing with in trying to resolve the issue. My face turns red and my body and voice trembles and I get very loud. Please help because I'm really started to get a lot of people ticked off at me. Thanks. :)
