Beren I am so glad that you are getting right back into the process. Your honesty will serve you well...I know its disappointing for the moment, but in the long run appreciating the fragility of our progress is a huge insight... Stay well nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 199 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,970 Amount Saved: $1,393.00 Life Gained: Days: 36 Hrs: 7 Mins: 36 Seconds: 40

Good morning all.. l was doing so well lately, l guess l was just caught offguard:( l wasn't even craving! dont want to bother you with details, l was in an uncomfortable situation, surrounded by smokers and just gave in:( You know what? it did NOT correct the situation, did NOT help in any way! Plus l got mad at myself for ruining everything l have done lately. anyway, no need to cry much about it. l stand up, brush myself off, and keep going! (l reset my quit meter- so l know how terrible it feels to delete all the good work done, it will help not to slip again hopefully) thanks My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 12 Seconds: 28
