Hi Tony and welcome, I know that other members will be responding to your post soon to share similar experiences. I just wanted to suggest that since you are seeing your doctor tomorrow you may want to explore this site to see if any of the tools available might assist while at the doctors' or even for future appointments. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Please keep us posted and let us know how you are doing. Casey _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Hi evryone. im a 25yo male in california. heres my problem: I have been to many doctors and they all just give me a different prescription and none of them have really helped. My main problem is nausea and is something i have never really seen people have as a main part of their panic/anxiety disorder. I can be sitting at home alone watching tv, driving in a car with a friend, at a movie theatre or a concert and bam! all the sudden, out of nowhere, i get horribly nautious. its getting so bad now that almost as soon as i get in a car to go anwhere i get horribly nautious. almost like agoraphobia. but it also occurs out of nowhere at home so its obviously not just when i go places, but that does also trigger it. i was taking zoloft and that was helping a little but had sexual side effects. klonopin works really well, but thats not going to help solve my problem. thats something u take as you are having an attack. almost like xanax or a valium. and its hard to get because my dr makes me come in after 30 days b4 they will refill it and its hard to se my dr. shes asian and doesnt seem to understand what i tell her and shes too far to get to. im going to the dr tomorrow and would like to get some suggestions as to what may work for my problem. it has prevented me from working for over a year now and i cant live off of what i get right now for dissability. any suggestions for a medicine that has helped u or someone u know with anxiety/panic? i realy need all the help i can get. im not living a happy life ok, ive had add and anxiety for years now, but the anxiety is getting really bad again. my only real symptom of anxiety and panic attacks are nausea. i just get so freaking nautious out of nowhere. my hands sometime will sweat and my heart will beat fast. its always been the nausea which affected me the most. ive had the anxiety nausea since i was 16 in 1994. its horrible in cars, movie theatres, concerts, things like that. its getting so bad now its ruling my life. like yesterday i went to the movies and i was sitting there and just got so incredibly nautious. i had to keep getting up and walking to the bathroom to stop the feeling that i was gonna throw up. it was horrible. i have thi
