What a great morning ! :) I have 3 days completed - smoke FREE ! And am now into day 4 :) Thanks again everyone for all of your support yesterday. It was one tough day - but that's done and over with. Now plugging forward into a new day and will fight fight fight to the end ;) Have a number of things planned for today including hobbling ...lol.. to the store to do a little shopping and then I have my list of hobbies/distractions/housework etc etc at the ready for the rest of my day. Good for you Sam. You are stronger than the nicotine demon!!!! It has contolled you for however many years, and it is not controlling you any longer!!!! You are beating it....you are in control of your life now!!!! Btw, did you get my IM and my email? And I am watching out for bear......my time is coming......and knowing my luck, he will hit me harder with the paddle just because I am Canadian!! lol....... You never know what bears and goats, punching cats and all those other animals will do.....lol..........
