Hey Tressa ! :) Yes I'm doing pretty good ! And yes I started the 'day' pledge.. I think I'd like to see one everyday where member's pledge daily that they will not smoke on THAT day. Going on the premise that one should take this non smoking journey as [b]ONE DAY AT A TIME ![/b] I just posted in Coping with cravings and what works for me.
