Hey, mylast, I like that Stepping Up, it's totaly the way I feel about it. Thanks for your kind words, everyone. I have to say, I did feel the difference today. I was a little irritable, a little tired & a little on edge. I heard the junkie more than once trying to tell me that just this once, this first day on the lower dose, she deserves it blahblahblah. What did I do???? I shouted WOOHOO!!!! I'm doing this, we're all doing this & damn we're good!!! Wow Unhooked - I'm no doctor, but your numbers look GOOD! Lots of cash banked, lots of cigarettes not smoked and 45 Days under your belt. Soon you'll be runnin' nekkid, patch-free and doing cartwheels into your brand new life. You are doing great! Unhooked, I hope you are shopping for cruise wear. The shopping sometimes is the best part of the trip! Listen you aren't stepping down you are stepping up proudly to the bat and you are gonna hit a home run! You have a great attitude and the confidence to do this! You go! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/18/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 40 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 560 Amount Saved: $140.00 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 11 Mins: 0 Seconds: 3

I know you can do this. It's a good thing. Take your time. Remember...any discomfort you may feel (if you feel any at all) is only temporary. Keep your eyes on the goal....freedom forever.
