(((((((Medowlark))))))) We all gets those days you just can't pinpoint to anything exactly. And there is nothing wrong with a good cry, actually it releases alot of tension and stress that you arent even aware of. Days can be hard to do things, motivated days are better, others are not. But allow yourself to cry, then do at least one thing, it doesnt have to be a day fulfilled with work or activities. But if you make yourself do that one thing however small, you did it. Don't beat yourself up over this, everyday can't be upbeat for ANYBODY. Tommorrow may just surprise you. Blessings, Trish

I feel awful today. I can't concentrate on anything, I feel all teary-eyed and if anyone talks to me I start crying. The thing is, I don't know why. There is nothing wrong in my life, I am not thinking about anything awful, I just can't think right. I don't know what to do. I keep trying to motivate myself to do something, but the thing is, I don't want to do anything. I just want to curl up in a ball and sleep. But I'm afraid to do this, because I have just got out of depression, and when I used to get depressed I would go off by myself and just get worse and worse. I feel like I am stuck and I don't know how to get out.
