Dear cdg, I will have one of the support specialists follow up with you regarding issues and details about the linden method. Once you have received this data, please let us know if you need further information on this topic. Casey __________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Thanks Mudslinger, for the reply. Does the Linden method consider meds a crutch? Because I take 50mg Zoloft & Xanax as needed & almost everything I've read considers meds a part of recovery. I was just getting comfortable with taking meds & not feeling as if they were a crutch. Thanks again!

Hi cdg If you havent already, take a look at the section "permanant releif from panic" started by dunc. I've had a read through the linden manual, and to me it seems to work mostly by you taking control of your own illness. eg, not to use drugs as a crutch, and getting into the right frame of mind to tackle it. I dont know how wise that is myself, i guess it depends on the scale of your smptoms. I must admit when i read the manual, it did give me a bit more insight, and a bit more courage to work out for myself what is going on with me. I guess with something like this, its a very personnel experience linked to your own strenghts and weaknesses. Anyway, go take a look at the link, i'm sure someone will email you the manual Best wishes mudslinger uk

Has anyone ever tried the Linden Method? If so can someone please let me know something about it. My problem is, I jump into "recovery" full force when I'm feeling anxious or depressed, but when I'm feeling good I tend to try to ignore the problem. I don't know what to do. My therapist said to enjoy feeling good & I don't have to let this consume all my time. But then when I feel anxious I gat mad at myself because I haven't been "working at it hard enough". I guess I'm looking for that "guick fix" huh?
