HI I had a allergic reaction 2 years ago to some pills I was taking after I had some teeth out. I was in ICU for 2 day. After that I won't take anything not even herbal tablets. I was watching what I ate for about a year and a 1/2 now I am better at eating but still don't take any kinda meds.

Hi Skyhihopes, Congratulations you have taken the first step towards your panic free journey. Don't forget to take our Panic Test. You can print the results and take them to your doctor, so you situation can be better assessed. Feel free to post at any time. The online support group is here to assist you in many ways. Good luck with your journey, Josie

Hi, I don't see my first post from last month so I'm trying again. I am a 45 year old female. I had my first anxiety attack during a severe allergic reaction on 5/1 so I guess I'm PTS right now...and hopefully won't have to add the D, though it has continued for a month so far. I've had life-threatening allergic reactions a few times before, so I'm very confused as to why this time it has triggered a series of panic attacks (primarily waves of dizziness). I've always been cautious of what I eat but now I am constantly "On Guard" against having another "anxiety spell". I started the The Panic Program and hope to discover the underlying cause of this unexpected situation I find myself in at this time of my life. Thank you.
