I like that!!! "WE OWE IT TO OURSELVES TO SEE WHAT NOT SMOKING IS REALLY ALL ABOUT." There is no other way to judge fairly. There isn't allot of choices. It is simply...to smoke..or not smoke. Keep Pushing Back Remember to keep pushing back. You dont have to give in; the more you push back and say no, I understand that it can be very difficult to do so, the less severe the craves become. You get to a point when it becomes habit to say no, the same type of, but opposite the habit when you were lifting it to your lips instead. It is the matter of gaining control, you feel good when you have accomplished the quit and understand that it is just something that you can not go back to. Give yourself the chance to see it to the end and then after that, remind yourself that you dont ever want to fall victim to it again. All the people in my life, who once smoked, dont anymore; this should be you as well. It should and can be done.
