Cutting down never worked for me, either but I have seen it work for others. I think, if you do it as part of a plan, like Dee is doing (way to go, Dee, you're doing just awesome with your plan), it has a much better chance of working than if you just hope to cut down until you quit. Alos, I'm with Pen, whatever works as long as you don't smoke.
