changes in panic

Ditto for me. Panic does seem to changed over time and some symptoms change or go away and another takes its place. I too suffer from a too fast heartrate and high blood pressure with the panic. This too is new to me and has affected me for the last 5 months. I am on Xanax and I also take a beta blocker to help with the heart rate and blood pressure. Bottom line is that there is nothing wrong with my heart but you cant tell from how this feels. I am constantly afraid to have a attack because I fear the effects it will have on my heart. I am scared that I will have a Heart Attack and die. I am afraid to do anything. The cure is to control the anxiety and all these other symptoms will go away. Just know that there are others out there just like you and we are all coping with this the best we can. You are not alone!!! remember that and most of all CALM YOURSELF. Find a way to calm yourself this is a circular reation Panic makes your heartrate and blood pressure go up. Knowledge that your heartrate and blood pressure are up cause you to panic even more. You need to get off the merry go round and the only way to do that is to calm down. Best of luck to you.
