My headaches lasted a few days during withdrawal (withdrawal is usually only about 72 hrs).
However, other things can cause headaches:
low iron/constipation...........Eat prunes and Bannanas
lack of water...................Drink Water
lack of sleep...................Get Sleep, and or Take a Nap
hunger..........................Eat (pamper yourself...)
***if the above remedies fail...take an aspirin or tylenol.
My best suggestion is to just drink lots of water to help flush those toxins out as quickly as you can!
I found in some of my previous quits that Zyban caused Headaches for me. I couldn't use it or the Wellbutrin.
Nicotine Patches caused headaches as well, if the dosage is too high.
