#2, is lots of veggies, and some of the 0 calories or very low cal veggies are cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflour, green peppers, zuchinni, all of the above are great, cut up fresh with dip (low cal salad dressing for dip)
