I noticed my skin looking healthier too. It no longer has that gray look to it. Hi Mike Congratulations on your quit and to looking younger - very soon you start to feel younger too so there's another benefit!! Friends of mine have commented that my skin looks really good recently and i can only attribute that to not smoking as it's the only think I've made significant changes in. Here's some inspiration for all of you: Yesterday my wife commented, "You even look healthier." "How do you mean?" "Just more rosy-cheeked, I don't know, healthier." Later on I was in the bathroom, brushing my teeth. Not thinking about it, I was looking at myself in the mirror, when it struck me: "I LOOK YOUNGER!!!" "No, that can't be, it's just a mental trick." I studied my face closer....and really, I actually look healthier and younger!!! After only 4+ days of not smoking????? If that isn't an incentive to be a non-smoker for the rest of my (and your) life, I don't know what is! I was amazed! Anyone else have a similar experience? I'm surprised I haven't read about it anywhere!
