Mercy,
Thanks for your words of encouragement!! It's always nice to hear good things from those ahead of me. Hope today was as nice as yesterday for you!

Thanks Mercy! That is indeed a positive reminder!
I've had a pretty good day, myself. The cravings have been there, but much weaker today. I look forward to the days when they are all but completely absent.

Mercy,
Make sure you relax yourself before bed! You had a tough day and you made it through! Give your body the attention it deserves and see you tomorrow for a fresh start :)

HI everyone,
I would post more...but I am whooped tonight. I am an old foggie now. I go to bed...no later than 10pm :p
But... I wanted to say..... hang in there!! When you have a day like I did today it is soooo worth it. I have gone LONG STRETCHES without giving a thought to cigarettes. It is worth every crave you have fought to experience such a day as this.
Hope this encourages you if you are having a rough day.
Mercy

Dupe, Kat, Lookinglass,
Today was just as great.....which is unusual because it is a day off from work. Work seems easier for some reason. Being home represented smoke time. I always smoked more on my days off from work.
Yet... I only thought about it a few times today. Not a hard crave. It was a crave that got satisfied with Sour Altoids. I am hoping I am at some new level with this quit.
I am prepared for it to turn around though!!!!!!! I pray not...but it seems like the craves come in cycles. Some of you have talked about the 100 day crave. YIKES...
I have never..ever...ever... made it this far in a quit.
