Smokey When you are in the forum here go to the top of the page and hit the Home button. Once you are home on the right hand side of your page you will see a button that says Launch. Hit that button. Make sure that your pop-up blocker on your computer is turned off or the launch won't work. Once the IM is set up you will have to add my angelcapp name to your buddy list. Does that help My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 35 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 889 Amount Saved: $175 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 18 Mins: 19 Seconds: 4

Yes Smokey, that is exactly how I am feeling. It seems everything has changed. I don't know how to deal with anything right now. It all just irritates me. The bills, the husband, the kids, work. I don't want to do any of it or deal with any of it. My head is just spinning and I can't seem to stop it. Are you on the IM, we could talk there? let me know My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 35 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 888 Amount Saved: $175 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 18 Mins: 16 Seconds: 45

Thanks Changing I know all the right stuff, I know tomorrow will probably be better, I know I should be thinking positively, I just can't see the light right now. SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION. I just had lunch with my guys from the shop and if I really wanted to smoke there are at least 4 smokers here who would have given me a cig. I don't want that route. I want to be the winner. I just want to feel better NOW. I guess my patience is just wearing thin. A good vacation would not hurt me either. Thanks for listening. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 35 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 888 Amount Saved: $175 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 18 Mins: 16 Seconds: 17

Angel- I'm only a few days ahead of you, so I can relate to what you're experiencing. On some rational level you know that what you're going through is normal, and you know that it will go away because it's only temporary. But, even knowing that doesn't make you feel better right this moment. When you're in the eye of the storm, I can tell you that clear eyes are on the way, but that doesn't help you from experiencing the wind & rain at the moment! Just hang on -- hang on as tight as you can. Tomorrow is a whole new chance to feel better. In the meantime, vent vent vent vent vent vent! Come on guys THINK! You know this is temporary! You may not feel like the same person, but I guarantee, you will come out of this a better person! Its Junky thinking! You know the addict in you is just waiting for a weak moment - Don't give it to him, get mad at him, not yourself! "I CAN GET THRU THIS, I WILL GET THRU THIS" Take ten deep breaths, you will get thru this! SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION! N.O.P.E. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 31 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 788 Amount Saved: $327.05 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 19 Mins: 17 Seconds: 12

Smokey, You said it, I don't feel like me anymore! I used to be so happy and always the one making others feel better. Now I don't know who I am. I am angry or irritated all the time. I know smoking won't change anything. Wish I had never ever started smoking in the first place, then I wouldn't be going through this right now. How stupid I was.
