Alhamdulillah...it i salmost more than 468 days since I quit smoking. I was a hard smoker and looking for a way to quit my smoking. Several time sI tried but not suceeded. At te last I found STOP SMOKING CENTER website thru search engine and STOP SMOKING CENTER's articles helped me to quit smoke and control myself while the withdrawel symtems occured. Thanks to God and Thanks to STOP SMOKING CENTER.
