Dear Rose, You will get past this. You are doing so well, so keep up the good work. Talk to your doctor about your medication concerns, and keep posting. Our support group has endless knowledge that can help you out. Hang Tough, Josie

These last few days I have been reading the posts from you guys and it does bring some peace to the chaos. I just saw my Dr. and he believes I am coming along and is helping me get closer to a panic free day. I know that the greatest part of the task of feeling better is up to me. I have been experiencing anxiety through the day and sometimes at night...so much so that I feel the panic cycle beginning but I take Xanax to stave off the worst part of it. I wish I didn't need to do that but I am so exhausted after an attack and I just don't want to feel that way!!! I hope to go out in search for work soon but I just hope and pray that I won't freak out. One day I WILL get past this!!!
