Too disjointed

Dear CQ953, There are different types of therapy out there. Some therapies involve talking about the past in an attempt to understand the problem and develop some strategies for coping, etc. The Panic Program is not talk therapy. It's not about medications either. It's a treatment program that's all about getting you "actively involved" in your own improvement. Thank you for being so honest, and we are here if you need us, at any time. Josie

Hi CQ953, I don't really understand what you are saying but that doesn't really matter...we all have to do what we feel we have to do and if for you, that means that you must leave to feel better, you need to honor that part of yourself and do so. I do hope you will continue to seek out the help you need and that you will find someone who will be able to support you in a way that works for you. Good luck, Danielle

I am sorry, but I think I have to leave. This is too public for me with records that are too permenant. I wish I had someone to talk with about my problems. There is no one I can talk to. That is why I came here, and you have all been most accepting, but this is too disjointed, disconnected and the records are too persistant for me. That is probably required to meet the sponsor's needs, but it creates additional anxieties for me. I am not criticising anyone that feels better for having been here. If it helps you to come here then I am happy for you. I truly feel you are a good group of people in a difficult situation trying very hard to support one another. I wish you all the best, you deserve it. I applaud the sponser and the monitors for their efforts. I know I am going to miss you. Anyway, thank you all for your time, goodbye.
