Gogga's 1 year anniversary!

Hallo everybody Thank you so much for all your inspiring words and congrats, that's one of the biggest reasons for my strenght. :) CallMeMomMom: I have already bought myself a brand new bedroom suite in the first month on credit - that kept me quite strong - walking into my room each day, seeing what I bought with the money I used to burn. It felt great! I paid my last payment in February and have again spent the remaining money. I bought my son a whole new wardrobe for winter this time! So I'm just buying buying buying :p I feel it's more promising when I buy on credit and wait til it's paid. And my next item will start in July - I'm thinking about a lounge suite. Well, got to go but will chat soon Regards Gogga ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/10/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 392 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,202 Amount Saved: $5292 Life Gained: Days: 27 Hrs: 9 Mins: 42 Seconds: 24

Hi All Jus wanna let all you quitters know that im still on the wagon, going strong! It felt fantastic to know that i hav been smoke-free for a year & i lengthened my life with almost a month! Unfortunately i cud not post sooner as i was off sick with an bronchial asthma attack. This was 1 of my main reasons 4 quittin. My past smoking damaged my lungs bad enough and after quittin my attacks slimmed down from lasting about 2 months (& getting it about 2 to 3 times a year) to 1 week (getting it about twice a year). It definitely is improving with time! :) At 1st my peak-flow count was as low as just over 200 (4 those of u who dont know it measures how strong ur lungs are)which was quite bad. Below 200 goes to hospital. Now, only a year later my lowest is about 340. :) O yeah, & i hav lots mor energy to use on my 5 yr old (very busy & energetic) son. :p So all u quitters - stay strong!!! All u wanna-be's - b strong!!! Great regards Gogga ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/10/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 389 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,119 Amount Saved: $5251.5 Life Gained: Days: 27 Hrs: 4 Mins: 21 Seconds: 29
