First day of my first smoke free Spring in 50 years !!

18 years ago 0 44 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Yep! I celebrated the same thing. We go camping for the equinox almost every year and this was my first smoke free camping trip ever in my life (and that's with 18 years of camping regularly under my belt)! There were bouts of feeling odd out of the blue that I wasn't smoking, but I can't imagine a more joyous welcoming of spring -- and new growing things, including my body!! -- than celebrating it as a nonsmoker. yay us! Yes, happy, wonderful, beautiful Spring is finally here. The sun is shining, but it's still way too cold. And I am still smoke free. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/15/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 34 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 861 Amount Saved: $280.5 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 10 Mins: 55 Seconds: 30

What a wonderful way to validate your quit! Take a walk or a hike and notice all the wonder around you, it helps that your breathing is better as well :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
