Hey Guys, You may not see that pink cloud there over being excited about your own Quit. But let me tell you, every single one of you have taken time our of your day to encourage me when I'm down, answer my questions when I'm confused, and praise me during my successes. The idea that you guys are willing to take time out of your lives to spend with me and my life, leaves me with an indescribable feeling. Maybe you can't see the pink cloud because you've BECOME the pink clouds. You've gone from feeling excited about your own quit to being an inspiration to me and everyone else. Hugs, Tutti My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/18/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 43 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,956 Amount Saved: $154.37 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 14 Mins: 31 Seconds: 39

Thank you for sharing :) Brighten up your day, everyday and do something that you want to do. You have gained all this extra time, since you quit, so make yourself a pink cloud daily :) Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.

I can sorta understand about that pink cloud. At first I was excited to quit, I wanted to tell everybody that i quit and how proud of myself I was! Now i don't want to tell anyone, because the more I talk about smoking, the more I want one. So I just try and keep it all inside right now. Maybe soon I can go back to telling the world that i quit. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 32 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 808 Amount Saved: $160 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 10 Mins: 13 Seconds: 37

I was told by a friend that her mother, an alcoholic, has resumed drinking. When she asked her mother why, her repsonse was that her pink cloud had disappeared. It seems that one goes through a period of eurphoria after a period of times has elapsed. And once her pink cloud vanished, the quit seemed insurmountable. We, as non-smokers, have our own pink cloud. I am in the midst of one as I write these words. Life seems good without cigarettes. I can smile once again. I know there will come a time when my pink cloud fades or perhaps disappears for a time. This is when I must fight hard! Focus on the memories of lying in the middle of my own cloud,, floating floating. Ok just some words to think about.. take care all of my dear friends love, sally My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/15/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 45 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 917 Amount Saved: $202.5 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 12 Mins: 53 Seconds: 33
