Just dropped in for a small celebration and to give a few words of encouragement I cant believe how quickly the year has gone I used the lozenge and they really worked for me. I never once cheated, and within 6 weeks, I was off the lozenge too. I kept a few handy, just incase I was tempted to smoke. Knowing they were there, kept me from ever panicking Believe me.if I can quit.anyone can, because I really enjoyed smoking I dont miss it at all, and now it seems so foreign to me I have to go get ready for work Dont give up. Believe in yourself. Hugs to you all P. S. In the first weeks, this place was very important for my success Thank You stopsmokingcenter My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 365 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,970 Amount Saved: $1916.25 Life Gained: Days: 47 Hrs: 10 Mins: 6 Seconds: 55
