I'm starting to pack for the Cruise. YIPPEEEEE! 6 weeks, so glad I have come this far. The withdrawals have become fewer & fewer. It's all been worth it to feel free. I smoked for 35+ years. My husband of 33 years detested cigs., never smoked. I always sneaked around & finally didn't care if he saw me smoking. I lost him 10 years ago to a Kidney transplant, I wish now I would have quit long ago. He would be so proud of me. I don't really know why I wouldn't quit then. Always had a reason, my friends smoked, nerves, etc., I just flat wanted to smoke, then when you see you're health being affected , mine is blood pressure, I started thinking this smoking has got to stop. Glad I made the decision , have not regretted it, & glad I found all of you for support. Thanks!
