Congratulation! Those of us here really understand what an accomplishment this is. I've notice that when you tell a nonsmoker 31 days they are like "oh that's good." They have no idea what it took to get to this day! I'll see ya on the ship, I'm about 11 days behind you! Congratulations sis, I'm so proud of you. I'm so glad that we are traveling this road together. You have been so strong. Your determination is to be admired. Have you got your reward planned? I know we are leaving for Florida next week and we will plan your reward there. Maybe one more pina colata. lol From one ex-smoker to another. YIPEEEEEEE. Rose, Congratulations of 6 weeks. Don't pack to much for the ship you will want to buy lots of new things once you are onboard. Check out the hot tub they tell me it is great and have a drink while you are sitting in it. You are doing a great job :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 36 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 728 Amount Saved: $234 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 1 Mins: 34 Seconds: 41

I'm starting to pack for the Cruise. YIPPEEEEE! 6 weeks, so glad I have come this far. The withdrawals have become fewer & fewer. It's all been worth it to feel free. I smoked for 35+ years. My husband of 33 years detested cigs., never smoked. I always sneaked around & finally didn't care if he saw me smoking. I lost him 10 years ago to a Kidney transplant, I wish now I would have quit long ago. He would be so proud of me. I don't really know why I wouldn't quit then. Always had a reason, my friends smoked, nerves, etc., I just flat wanted to smoke, then when you see you're health being affected , mine is blood pressure, I started thinking this smoking has got to stop. Glad I made the decision , have not regretted it, & glad I found all of you for support. Thanks!
