Hi Princess & Bobbi I used patches to help my quit (couldn't of done it without them!). My advice would be to finish the whole course and not try to cut corners. I personally had no problems stepping down and am now into my fourth day completely nic free. I had a bit of a wobble yesterday but feel fine again today so it was probably just a stressful day and would have been stressful with or without nicotine. You are both doing really well - try not to worry about the stepping down - we all react to things differently and you are probably worrying about nothing! Keep going and keep strong. x My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 72 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,809 Amount Saved: 345.6 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 1 Mins: 11 Seconds: 32

Bobbie, when i went to the lower dosage it really wasnt that bad. i noticed a few things but nothing i couldnt handle. it was for the first day or two then i evened out and was fine. just hang in there and drink plenty of water. it will pass. im now on the 7mg as of this morning and doing ok. i expect to have a few things once again but not giving in. im on the home stretch and can hardly wait til im off them entirely. (i think) lol. thanks to all of you for your support. Princess. I also am on the patch, still on 21 mg. go to 14 Tues. and am alittle scared about that especially since I have been having alittle more cravings then I did all this mo. and sure don't know why I would as seems likeit should get easier then alittle harder????? how did you feel when you went off the 21? But no matter what we will succeed! First of all - Congratulations! 40 days is a huge accomplishment! You might have some bumpy moments on Monday, but nothing that you can't handle! My good friend Tutti is a Water-ologist. So, let me speak for her and say - YES - Drink as much water as possible! It really does help to keep your system clean and flowing. YOU ARE A NON-SMOKER!!!!
