Little J's Mom,
Oh yes, there are slumps and they are so dead gum annoying and frustrating.
I hit a 30, 50, 60, and a bit of a slump even on my 70 Day milestone. I figure I'll hit some more too. Sometimes I think that nicodemon sees that we've gotten over the physical addiction so he attacks the psychologial addiction full force and at all of these different intervals. The good thing is, they don't last that long and you can feel that demon losing his grip until he eventually loses it all together. Each time I hit a slump, I pull out all of the coping skills I used from the very beginning of my quit only now I'm having to busy myself more now that spring has sprung.
Hang in there. This one will pass too.
Stay Strong,
Tutti
