Phew Bear, I thought we had lost you for a minute. Learn from this little slip & let's continue. It's a beautiful day here in southern Ontario & it must be gorgeous out on the golf course. Congrats on the job :)

Bear, Hope you have a better day today. And you'll rebound from that slip, you're pretty tough! Now, a Talking Bear, I can just about get used to that. A Bear that sends emails, a bit far fetched, but that's OK But... a Bear that smokes? No way! We must teach our 2-legged brethren how to quit! Just say Neigh (or in your case, just growl a bit) all the best Mr Ed :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 432 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 12,968 Amount Saved: 3240 Life Gained: Days: 70 Hrs: 10 Mins: 37 Seconds: 7

Hey Bear, I know you're disappointed but don't beat yourself up. When you do that, it's harder to get back on your feet. I slipped 4 days into my first quit and it was because I was bored out of my mind. I learned that much from my slip. So what do you think caused your slip? Give it some thought so you'll be ready next time. Jump right back on the wagon. Okay? We're all here and waiting to hear from you. Let us know how we can help you.
