This is for the smokers who maybe viewing this post for the 1,rst time.As you can see by my 1,st post I had some doubts about quitting at my age (68).I still have them from time to time.But yes food tastes better, the air smells sweeter,I don,t wake up in the morning feeling like a bag of s---.I have extra money in my pocket, I breath a lot easier what more could I ask for ??? I think I,ll hang in here.If you decide to quit smocking you WILL experience a lot of discomfort.Be kind and patience with yourself you are trying to over come a MAJOR ADDICITION equal to heroin and cocaine !!!
