Bear -
How about this - end the debate.
A few weeks ago you wanted to quit smoking cigars, but you weren't necessarily committed to quitting. Part of you wanted to quit - otherwise you wouldn't have wanted the patches. Now, you've decided to be committed to being smokefree. For today, you are a non-smoker. Don't overthink it. You have made a decision.
And Bear, you said: I,m a Gemini so the one guy is saying this is good to quit smoking and the other guy is saying why bother at your age . You're not 105 years old!!!! And, based on the spunk we've all seen in your posts, it doesn't exactely sound like you're at death's door! In fact, it sounds like you've got a lot more living & trouble-making to do!
